EXCEL BEARING MANUFACTURING (M) SDN. BHD. began operating in 2003 as a mid-sized bearing producer, focused on roller bearings. Led by innovative management and strict quality control, the company began its rapid market and partner growth, establishing itself as a successful international producer early in 2008. International acknowledgement dictated the need to transform the company into an export-oriented business entity by the same name, supplying high-quality bearings at a favourable price worldwide.
As the demand for bearing supply kept increasing, investments in machinery, factories and technologies have been made. This allowed EXCEL BEARING MANUFACTURING (M) SDN. BHD. to expand its range of produced bearings further, timely supplying its US and European customers with bearings, ranging from small and miniature, to large spherical, and even fully custom bearings, designed according to specific needs. The experience of company engineers helped in the development and implementation of a full spectrum of testing and inspection measures, minimizing the probability of defective products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This has also been proven by ISO certifications in management and production.
EXCEL BEARINGS MANUFACTURING (M) SDN. BHD. is a group of three companies: EXCEL FASTENER MANUFACTURING (M) SDN. BHD., EXCEL BEARING INDUSTRY (M) SDN. BHD. and EXCEL BEARING MANUFACTURING (M) SDN. BHD. The company is headquartered in Malaysia, with factories scattered across the country. Its Research and Development and Export offices are in Singapore.
The annual production output of the company is 50+ million sets of bearings with the smallest bore size of 3 mm and the largest outer diameter of up to 2 meters. In addition to producing over 50 different types of bearings, we also provide bearing seals, bushings, steel balls and roller needles, as well as customization of special bearings. The company supplies bearings to various industries, such as mining, machinery, automotive, metallurgy, petrifaction, electric power, agricultural machinery, and light textile as well as the food industry.
